At the Neely House we have office space available for rent, plus a kitchen and dining room, and event space.

Office Space - Some of the original boarding rooms are available to rent as office space. *Free utilities and free parking and security system.

Kitchen and Dining Room is available for rent. The kitchen comes fully equipment, commercial kitchen with convection oven, oven, grill, fryer, 3 compartment sink, coolers, freezers, prep room with ice maker. Dining room has tables and chairs.

Event Venue - Beautifully restored historic building with 1911 ambience waiting for you to book your bridal shower, wedding, reception, birthday party, anniversary party, wine and cheese tasting. Prep room available with ice machine.

Our current office tenants include attorney, consultant, photography studio, non-profit organizations, computer service and repair, advertising agency, hair salon, masseuse, event designer, catering and event planning, and a custom tailor.
